Ketentuan Layanan

Dengan memakai Circzy (circzy.com), kamu menyetujui ketentuan berikut.

Layanan

Circzy adalah simulator Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi Pico, dan STM32 berbasis web untuk belajar dan membuat prototipe. Hasil simulasi bisa berbeda dari perangkat keras sungguhan, jadi selalu uji rangkaian penting di perangkat nyata.

Akun

  • Kamu bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas di akunmu.
  • Satu orang boleh memakai satu akun untuk paket Free.
  • Akun yang menyalahgunakan layanan dapat diblokir.

Paket Free dan Pro

  • Paket Free gratis dengan batas jumlah proyek yang tertera di halaman Pro.
  • Paket Pro berlaku sesuai masa aktif yang dibayar dan memberi batas proyek lebih besar serta antrean compile prioritas.
  • Kedua paket bisa membuat proyek publik maupun privat.
  • Pembayaran yang sudah diaktifkan tidak dapat dikembalikan, kecuali layanan tidak bisa dipakai karena kesalahan dari pihak Circzy.

Isi proyek

Proyek tetap milikmu. Dengan menjadikan proyek publik, kamu mengizinkan orang lain membuka dan menyimpan salinannya. Dilarang menyimpan isi yang melanggar hukum, hak cipta orang lain, atau berisi kode berbahaya.

Pemakaian yang dilarang

  • Membebani server dengan sengaja, misalnya compile otomatis dalam jumlah besar.
  • Mencoba membobol akun lain atau sistem Circzy.
  • Menjual kembali akses Circzy tanpa izin.

Batas tanggung jawab

Circzy disediakan sebagaimana adanya. Kami berusaha menjaga layanan tetap tersedia dan data tetap aman, tetapi tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian akibat gangguan layanan, kehilangan data, atau pemakaian hasil simulasi.

Perubahan

Ketentuan ini dapat diperbarui. Pemakaian Circzy setelah perubahan berarti kamu menyetujui versi terbaru.

By using Circzy (circzy.com), you agree to the following terms.

The service

Circzy is a web-based Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi Pico, and STM32 simulator for learning and prototyping. Simulation results can differ from real hardware, so always test important circuits on real devices.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person may use one account for the Free plan.
  • Accounts that abuse the service may be blocked.

Free and Pro plans

  • The Free plan is free, with the project limit shown on the Pro page.
  • The Pro plan lasts for the paid period and gives a larger project limit and a priority compile queue.
  • Both plans can create public and private projects.
  • Activated payments are not refundable, unless the service cannot be used because of a fault on Circzy's side.

Project content

Your projects remain yours. By making a project public, you allow others to open it and save a copy. Content that breaks the law, infringes someone else's copyright, or contains malicious code is not allowed.

Prohibited use

  • Deliberately overloading the servers, for example with large numbers of automated compiles.
  • Trying to break into other accounts or Circzy's systems.
  • Reselling access to Circzy without permission.

Limitation of liability

Circzy is provided as is. We work to keep the service available and data safe, but are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or the use of simulation results.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Using Circzy after a change means you accept the latest version.
