Classroom Overview
Circzy Classroom is an online microcontroller lab class for vocational and high school teachers, lecturers and training centers. The teacher creates classes and assignments, students do them right in the Circzy simulator, and the teacher checks every student's circuit and code from one page. The school does not need to buy a single Arduino kit.
Classroom opens at its own address, classroom.circzy.com, and uses the same Google account as Circzy.
Problems Classroom solves
| Without Classroom | With Classroom |
|---|---|
| One Arduino kit shared by 3–5 students | Every student builds their own circuit on a laptop or phone |
| Parts break, go missing or run out | Virtual parts never break |
| The teacher walks around checking circuits one by one | The teacher opens every student's circuit from the grading page |
| Practice only happens in the lab | Practice can be done at home |
| Scores are recorded by hand | All scores in one gradebook, download as CSV (opens in Excel) |
How it works
- The teacher creates a class and gets a class code, link and QR code.
- Students join by entering the code, opening the link or scanning the QR code, then signing in with Google.
- The teacher creates an assignment or exam. Questions can be multiple choice, essay or simulator practice with a starter circuit prepared by the teacher.
- Students work on it. Practice questions open the full Circzy simulator. Answers are saved automatically.
- The teacher grades. Multiple choice is graded automatically. Essays and practical tasks are graded by the teacher: open the student's answer or circuit, run it, then enter a score.
- Scores are summarized in the Gradebook and can be downloaded as CSV.

Plans
| Plan | Students | Active classes |

- The free trial can be started once per teacher account to try every feature.
- Paid plans are available monthly or per semester. Current prices are shown on the Plan page in Classroom; see also Plans & Payments.
- Students are counted as unique students across all your active classes. The same student in two classes counts once. Archived classes use no seats.
- Students pay nothing.
When a plan ends
When a plan ends, the teacher has a 7-day grace period. After that the classes are read-only: students cannot start or submit assignments until the plan is renewed. Class data and scores are kept.
Classroom or Certification?
They serve different goals. Classroom is for teachers to teach and grade their own classes. Certification is an exam run by Circzy for anyone, with questions and grading by the Circzy system. Teachers can use Classroom to prepare students, then point them to certification.
